Rent An Arch


Most Bride's Love To Get Married Under
An Arch,
A Canopy,
A Pergola,
A Gazebo,
anything that can be decorated to reflect their Wedding Day
colors and theme, whether it be indoors or outdoors.
BUT
(isn't there always one)
Most Bride's don't have the time, the ability or the inclination to spend
the time on their Wedding Day, dealing with decorating, transporting,
putting it in place at their venue and doing that task, when they have so
many other things to attend to. That is where A Bride's Affair new
"Rent An Arch" service comes in.
But
(here comes that but again)

there are some criteria's, if:
1. Your Wedding is in Carroll County, AR
2. You are in a Venue that will allow our
service team to arrive 3 hours before
your Ceremony start time to set up
3. It is located on level ground
4. We are allowed to come back in after
your Ceremony is completed and you
have moved on to your reception site.

So If this sounds good to you so far then
here are our choices. NOTE: Each arch pictured is green, which is
usually the color arch we use for outdoor weddings. We will use white
arches for indoor weddings, unless otherwise requested. We will use sheers, and silks on your arches. NOTE: If you purchase live flowers in garlands, etc. We will use them, but the cost of the service will increase based on the difficulty of using live flowers and garland. We will use sheers & silk flowers in your
color choices in mixed flowers(included)  or single flowers(upgraded fee added) Silk greens like ivy will also be interwoven. The 4 legs will be placed in buckets with sand, to keep them in place, the buckets will be decorated to match your arch. If you wish to have lights, this is an upgrade the lights we use are only in white and are best for evening outdoor weddings or
indoor venues.


EXACTLY what is INCLUDED with each rental:

1. White or Green 8 foot metal Oval arch
2. Pre docoration of top of arch prior to set up
3. Transportation of dismantled arch to venue
4. Reconstruction of arch, 2-3 hours prior to wedding time
5. Final decoration and any electrical connections of arch
30 minutes prior to Ceremony or Reception start
6. Use of the arch for pictures for 45 minutes after Ceremony completion
If being used at the Reception, arch will remain up for a total of 2 hours
7. Same day dismantling of the arch after wedding ceremony and/or reception
8. Rent An Arch will contact and arrange setup and take down with
event venue
9. Rent An Arch will be in constant contact with person ordering the arch
rental up to the day of setup.
